Neon Tempera Paints from Toy Color include a special ingredient that glows in the dark, and the 100ml bottles feature a thin nozzle, perfect for getting
the paint into grooves. Children can either paint up what they have shaped
up, or they can make a thick layer of clay and then emboss it with their name
or anything else, finally filling the grooves with Neon Tempera Paint.
