Kenwood Optional Dies: Orecchiette Pasta Extruder Die A910/12
Orecchiette is made of durum wheat semolina and water and is excellent with vegetable sauces such as those made with broccoli, rocket, courgetti and aubergine. It's also a good one to make for lovers of seafood, especially mussels.
To be used in conjunction with the Pasta Shaper (AT910/KAX92ME)
