Homemax USB Mosquito Killer Lamp – Silent, Chemical-Free UV Trap (Black / White)

Homemax USB Mosquito Killer Lamp — Silent, Chemical-Free Protection

Sleep without the buzz. The Homemax HMN001 UV Mosquito Killer Lamp quietly draws in mosquitoes, midges, flies and moths with soft UV light, then a whisper-quiet fan pulls them down into a closed trap box. No sprays, no plug-in chemicals, no smell and no zapping crackle in the middle of the night — just calm, uninterrupted sleep for the whole family.

Why You'll Love It

• ✅ Silent & chemical-free: no fumes, no smell, no zapper grid — a calm choice for bedrooms and nurseries
• ✅ Light + suction trap: UV light attracts, the fan's downward airflow captures, and insects can't fly back out
• ✅ Power-cut friendly: runs off any 5V USB source — wall adapter, laptop or power bank
• ✅ Twist-off trap box: empty and rinse in seconds, no mess
• ✅ Compact & portable: move it from the nursery to the lounge, study or patio
• ✅ Two finishes: Black or White to suit any room

Perfect for the Nursery

Give your little one mosquito-free nights without sprays or coils near their cot. For peace of mind:

• Place the lamp on a shelf, dresser or side table at least 1 metre from the cot — never inside or attached to it.
• Keep the lamp and USB cable out of reach of little hands.
• Position it so the light isn't shining directly towards baby's face.

How to Use

1. Place the lamp on a table or shelf, raised off the floor, in the room you want to protect.
2. Switch on before bedtime with windows and doors closed and other lights off — the UV light works best in a dark room.
3. Empty the trap box regularly: twist it off, rinse, dry and reattach.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What insects does it catch?
A: Mosquitoes, midges, flies, moths and most small flying insects.

Q: Is it safe to use around children and pets?
A: It uses no chemicals and has no electric zap grid, so there's nothing to spray or zap. As with any electrical item, keep the lamp and cable out of reach of small children and pets.

Q: Is it noisy?
A: No zapping sounds — only a quiet fan, so it won't disturb sleep.

Q: Can I use it outside?
A: It's designed for indoor rooms. Effectiveness drops in areas with very high insect numbers, such as near rivers, dams or unmaintained pools.

Q: What power source does it need?
A: Any standard USB port or 5V USB adapter (adapter not included).
