Here is key notes when it comes to charging these headphones :

Connect the USB-C end of the Charging Cable to the USB-C Charging port of your headphones and insert the USB-A end to the charging port into your desired charging station. Then make sure that it is properly connected. A Red indicator light will immediately light up to indicate charging mode. Once the headphones have fully charged, the red indicator light will turn off, and the headphones will be ready for use.

Note: If the headphones are not in use, recharge at least once a month to protect the battery and extend the battery life.

Start-up: Long press the Power On/Off Button. The Headphones will start and enter "Bluetooth Mode" automatically, and the LED indicator light will flash Blue.

Shutdown: Long press the Power On/Off Button, and the LED Indicator Light turns off.

Pairing with bluetooth devices :

1. Hold the Power On/Off Button to turn on the headphones.

2. When the headphones are in wireless mode, the LED light will flash blue and red, turn on Bluetooth mode on your mobile device and search for the device name "Sound Sweeper". No password is required to establish a pairing.

3. Once connected to a mobile device, the indicator light will flash blue, and the headphones will play a short tone.

NOTE: The headphones will automatically pair to the last mobile device used. If no connection can be established after 5 minutes, the headphones will automatically switch off.

AUX-IN MODE

Insert the 3.5 mm aux cable in the audio input port. The device will power off automatically, and you can use the headphones as ordinary headphones. The functions of wireless headphones do not apply anymore.

TROUBLESHOOTING:

1. My mobile phone cannot find any new Bluetooth devices.

a. Ensure the Device has entered the pairing mode.

b. Ensure the Device is within effective working range.

2. Bluetooth device cannot pair up?

a. Ensure your mobile phone allows new connections and has yet to

reach the maximum number of allowed devices.

3. The Device does not play music or answer calls when connected

to a Bluetooth mobile phone.

a. Ensure your mobile phone supports A2DP and HSP (Hands-free)

profiles.

b. Ensure your mobile phone is within effective working range.

4. When paired with my computer, Windows asks for a new driver.

Can you supply this?

a. We recommend that you find compatible drivers for your computer

online.

5. Why can I not remotely control the pause and play function when

music is playing?

a. This feature needs the Bluetooth device paired with the earphones, to support AVRCP (Audio / Video Remote Control Profile). Please ensure your device supports this.
