This set of 3 knives from the ZWILLING Gourmet series includes a paring knife, a slicing knife and a chef’s knife. The blade of each knife is ice-hardened and therefore extremely robust and corrosion-resistant. In addition, these knives are easy to use due to their low weight and ergonomic handles.

Set includes: 1 paring knife (10cm), 1 carving knife (16cm), 1 Chef’s knife (20cm).

V-Edge – a two stage process which finishes in a fine symmetrical edge with the knife angle around 15 degrees per side
